2) Confirmation e-mails Please allow 1-2 days of reply time. We will send a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of your order to confirm your purchase and availability of the item.
3) Payment Please make payment to us within 3 days after confirmation of e-mails are sent out. Orders will only be mailed out after payments have been received. *Please refer to our Payment Method*
Singapore buyers: Payment methods are strictly via POSB/DBS fund transfer (ATM or Internet-Banking)
Oversea buyers: Payment by Western Unions or Paypal
4) In-stocks and Pre-orders We will send out your orders once your payment is confirmed and received. a) Forin-stock items, it may take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive at your mailing address. b) Forpre-order items, it may takes approximately 2-3 weeks and depending on the stock validity and arrival of the shipment. E-mail will be sent out to you to keep you updated.
5) Cancellation of orders We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
